1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Crazy Chips website and your purchase of food and drink from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Crazy Chips is operated by Crazy Chips Derby Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

2. Placing an Order

• All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are in GBP (£).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted when we begin preparing your food.

3. Payment

• We accept online card payments processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
• For collection orders, you may also choose to pay at the counter when picking up.
• All payments must be received before food is handed over or dispatched for delivery.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available within our designated delivery area in and around Derby.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary during busy periods.
• You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order. Failed deliveries due to the customer being unavailable are non-refundable.
• Collection orders should be picked up within 15 minutes of the stated ready time.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

We take allergens seriously. Please see our Allergen Information page. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing an order. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens as our kitchen handles multiple allergens.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Crazy Chips Derby Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are liable for losses caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms, but not for any indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
